Brattleboro's Windham Art Gallery (WAG), which received funding from the Vermont Community Foundation as well as the Merchant Bank Foundation to paint and permanently install 25 door panels at the Vermont Veterans Home (VVH) in Bennington, recently hosted an exhibit displaying the door panels through February, before bringing them to the VVH.

Shenanigan’s Night Club in White River Jct. recently held a benefit show to honor the life of late local musician and sound engineer Doug Bashaw, who tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident two months ago.
Mr. Bashaw was a long–time friend of the White River Jct. night spot, often providing entertainment both as a musician with his bands, as well as a sound engineer for various other bands and events held at the club.
